Reptile house, aviary and petting pens are some of fun activities at this zoo, which provides elevated viewing decks for exploring the natural habitats of more than 250 animals.

An array of flowering plants and scenic views await you at this 65-acre garden estate. Tour the Bellingrath home, with its extensive collection of decorative arts, and enjoy a 45-minute cruise on the Fowl River

One of the areas newest attractions tempts with boutique-style shops, a 15-screen movie theater, restaurants and a 10,000-seat amphitheater. The kids will love the Ferris wheel, one of the tallest in the southeast!
National Museum of Naval Aviation 850-452-3604
Among the attractions here is an IMAX theater and over 140 beautifully restored aircraft. A viewing area is available to watch The Blue Angels practice (most Tuesday and Wednesday mornings). Museum is in Pensacola, FL, about 18 miles from the resort.
