Known as Americas First Resort, this is the countrys only urban national park and one of the Souths top family vacation destinations. The city takes its name from the naturally hot thermal springs that are piped into bathhouses and hotels along the citys famed Bathhouse Row. Oaklawn Park 800-Oaklawn
This is thoroughbred racing at its best, with a live meet that runs from late January to mid-April and a simulcast meet thats available all year. The live meet concludes with the Arkansas Derby, a $1 million stakes race that has produced four of the last six winners of the Triple Crown races. Electronic games of chance, including video poker and blackjack, are also available.
